1General Provisions

444kk is an online betting and casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The platform operates to the highest security standards including SSL encryption and is committed to ensuring fair play. These Terms form a legal agreement between 444kk and its user ("you").

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

3Account Registration and Verification

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when creating an account on 444kk. Providing false or incomplete information will result in account cancellation.

• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• The account password must be kept strictly confidential. 444kk will not be held responsible if login details are shared with a third party.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.
• As part of KYC verification, a copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested.

444kk reserves the right to accept or reject any application during the registration process based on the accuracy of the information provided.

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

444kk supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals may only be made to registered payment methods.
• 444kk may suspend the withdrawal process in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting or gaming purposes. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

444kk offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms apply to each of these bonuses.

Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. For example, depositing ৳32,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total of ৳47,000.

• A 25x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — not until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• No more than one bonus may be claimed from the same household, IP address, or device.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 444kk reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

The VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming on 444kk at all times:

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a technical error has occurred on the platform.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of any game, 444kk may void the relevant bet and return the stake.
• The outcome of any game is determined by an independent random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer.
• If a software error causes an abnormal win to be displayed in any game, it will be considered void.
• In sports betting, bets will be settled after the match result has been officially confirmed.

444kk reserves the right to reject any bet or set limits at its own discretion.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444kk platform:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, etc.).
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Operating an account using a false identity.
• Harassing platform staff or other users.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, 444kk will immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

444kk places the highest importance on responsible gaming. This platform is intended solely for those aged 21 or above and is operated for entertainment purposes.

• Players may set deposit limits, bet limits, or session time limits on their account.
• The option to voluntarily suspend or permanently close an account (self-exclusion) is available if needed.

9Account Suspension and Closure

444kk may temporarily or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Prolonged inactivity.

If an account is suspended, the relevant user will be notified by email. Users may also voluntarily request account closure — please contact the support team for this.

• Losses arising from the user's own negligence or violation of the Terms.
• Unexpected technical disruptions or force majeure events.
• Issues caused by third-party game software providers.

In the event of any dispute, 444kk's decision will be considered final, however users may appeal through the support team.

12Policy on Changes to Terms

444kk reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified at their registered email address in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as the user's acceptance of the new Terms.
